Meet Hena-Hena is the owner of Breathe Bookshop. She manage all things about shipping so you'll most likely receive information on your orders to be shipped from her. Want to know how much is shipping from point A to point B? She knows that and will answer for you!Our all rounder Viella-Viella is the main artist and main power of Breathe. She's a well known artist in AAS (even if she say she's not all the time). You can see her designs and pubmats on every release ever since we had a huge comeback. If someone replied to you in a silly and non-professional way, she might be the person behind it!

FAQs
How to order?
1. FILL OUT OUR FORM
Fill out the form for the release that you want. You can see the information about the release and form on our carrd. Just check Breathe List and you'll find all of the release of our shop.
Note: Order Forms that are still open doesn't mean it's actually open. Please ask us first if it still open.
2. SUBMIT FORM
Once you've submitted your form, you'll receive a copy of your order form on your email.
3. WAIT FOR INVOICE AND PAY
Wait for the invoice that we'll send on the email you provided and pay when you want as long as it is in the stated payment period.
4. WAIT FOR PRODUCTION
After paying, wait for the production making process. It may take a lot of time but I hope you'll be patient with us. We try our best to provide you a satisfactory service.
5. PACKING ORDERS
As soon as we receive the products from suppliers, we'll pack it and send you shipping fee information.
6. SHIPPING FEE PAYMENT
After we send you the shipping fee of you order, you just need to pay for it and we'll ship it on your way!
7. TRANSACTION DONE!

Loyalty Card is a free card from us that you can get stamped every time you purchase from us and can get a free gift from us. Loyalty Card is a way for us to thank you for always supporting us.
One order form = One stamp. Once completed, you will receive a qr code of a digital scratch card. After checking what you got, you have to send it to us so you can redeem your gift.Is shipping fee included to your price?
No po. Shipping fee is not part of it po and you will pay for it once we are ready to ship the product to you already.Are you PAYO (Pay As You Order)?
No. You can submit your order form and pay it any time you want as long as it before or on the last day of payment deadline!Who can answer my messages?
It's usually Viella who will answer your messages. She is currently in different time zone so please bear with her as she can't answer you as soon as you sent your concern. For emergency, you can send us an email with the subject: Breathe Emergency [Order No.] at our email; [email protected]. If you want an update with your order, you can check out Order Status! If it's about shipping price, you have to wait until someone respond to it. We answer as soon as we can!What's your schedule?

Yes! But we have a specific time for the previous designs to be on the market for a limited time. We'll always release a lot of previous design at the heat of April until June. So expect us to be chill at the first month of the year.Can I suggest the next release or merches?
